Solvantis Group (solvantis.in) • Standard Client Terms
Welcome to Solvantis Group. By engaging our engineering services, accessing solvantis.in, or executing a project milestone contract, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Solvantis Group and our commercial partners, SaaS clients, and student mentees.
1. Scope of Engineering Services
Solvantis Group provides senior digital product engineering, including but not limited to:
- Custom Next.js & React full-stack web application development.
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure, and database modeling.
- Enterprise AI/LLM integration, autonomous agents, and RAG pipelines.
- FinTech interfaces, trading consoles, and wealth-tech calculators.
- Bespoke UI/UX design systems and kinetic front-end micro-animations.
- Career portfolio learning kits and academic technical mentorship.
Specific project deliverables, milestones, tech stacks, and acceptance criteria are outlined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents executed prior to development.
2. Intellectual Property & 100% Code Transfer
Upon completion of agreed milestone payments, 100% of the custom application source code, Figma design assets, schemas, and proprietary business logic are transferred to the client with full commercial ownership rights.
Solvantis retains non-exclusive rights to general, reusable open-source primitives, design tokens, and utility libraries that do not contain client-specific trade secrets or proprietary algorithms.
3. Academic Disclaimer & Educational Learning Policy
Support provided under our "College Projects" or "Portfolio Builder" verticals consists exclusively of career mentorship, architectural code learning kits, code walkthroughs, and placement preparation.
Clients and students agree not to present Solvantis educational kits as their own unassisted academic work in violation of university honor codes or institutional regulations. Solvantis disclaims any liability arising from improper academic submission by third parties.
4. Invoicing, Milestone Payments & Retainers
Projects operate on transparent, milestone-driven payment schedules structured in the project proposal (e.g., 30% upfront kickoff, 40% intermediate demo/testing milestone, 30% final source code delivery).
- Invoices are payable within the net terms specified in the SOW (typically 7–14 days).
- Milestone approval initiates the subsequent development phase.
- Late payments may temporarily suspend active engineering sprints until reconciled.
5. Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree that all confidential information, business models, non-public technical specifications, and trade secrets disclosed during engagement will be held in strict confidence.
We execute mutual NDAs with all commercial enterprise clients. We will not disclose your project details or list your brand in our public portfolio without prior written approval.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Software is delivered with a standard 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty against code defects deviating from the SOW specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvantis Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data corruption, or third-party cloud outages). Our aggregate commercial liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client under the applicable SOW.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or development contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, following a mandatory 30-day amicable mediation period.
